Let's hear a little bit from Cerith
"I'm a personal coach originally from Carmarthen, but now based in Cardiff.
My journey began when I was 14 years old, and I had the desire to improve the way I looked. At the time I was 6ft 2, and only 9 stone. I was very thin and weak with no self-confidence. After starting weight training at home, my interest in the muscular system developed. As the fascination increased, my competitive Bodybuilding journey began, where I placed 3rd over Britain when I was 18 years old, and to go on to win my NFMUK Pro Card when I was 21 years old, and I still compete to this day. I decided to attend the University of Wales Trinity Saint David to study Exercise Science to increase my knowledge in regards to the body, to ensure that I can offer the best and most effective strategies for my clients.
After graduating from university, I made it my objective to help others improve their lives, self-confidence and health, through improving their body shape & performance."

One thing we pride ourselves on at CE Health Personal Coaching is a focus on improved movement through increased strength and mobility. Our registered Biomechanics Coach can identify any weak areas of the body. This can lead to compensation elsewhere limiting movement, growth and can be a cause of pain. We ensure that all prescribed exercises suit your body, as every individual is different, for example, limb length, height, weight, mass, strengths and weaknesses. We make exercise suit you, rather than make you suit exercise.
As a part of our personal coaching service we advise on the best research-based nutrition strategies that focuses on improved health, body composition and performance.

A bit from me

I trained with Cerith for 6 months. At the time I was not particularly unhealthy but I had reached a plateau in my workouts. And I was really struggling to make gains.
My first session was very challenging and Cerith knew exactly what I needed. It was not easy but getting in shape is hard. He also helped me with my nutrition, meal planning and eating the right foods. I refer many of my patients to Cerith and he refers his clients to me. I feel we make a good team which is why this page is to help with all needs. We are both knowledge nerds and always attending new courses and learning new skills for the betterment of our patients and clients.
